Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship Rattle&Yum goods worldwide from Singapore through Singpost.
How much would shipping costs be?
Shipping costs vary by destination as well as the total weight of package. You will be presented with the total shipping costs as well as the various options (where available) on the order summary page. Shipping is charged at cost at the lowest available rate through the providers.
How long will shipping take?
Local mail (Singapore to Singapore) typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
International shipping will require 7 to 14 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times vary, and there may be unforseen delays such as customs holds. Should you require alternative shipping options, please contact us.
How do I pay for my order?
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD). We use PayPal as our payment processor and accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
What’s next, after placing my order?
We will proceed to process your order. Your order will be packed carefully and sent to the registered PayPal address. Should you choose to ship it to another address, you thereby waive any rights to PayPal’s buyer protection. As such, we recommend that orders be mailed to your registered address on PayPal.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as the goods are shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number as well as instructions on how to track the package. As this is mostly done via SingPost, you will be able to track the package through them. Click on the “Track Item”, select a country and enter your tracking number. However, tracking of package is only available on certain destinations, as some might not be able to show the complete final delivery status.
What is your cancellation policy?
We endeavour to ship out orders as soon as they come in and as such, cancellations are typically not possible.
